Leigh Patterson of OaknEgg 🍞❤️

At The Flower Farm Gift Shop, you’ll find Leigh’s sourdough starter and pancake mix, made with organic ingredients and the warmth of her small farm kitchen. It’s a great gift for anyone who has been wanting to get into sourdough making or simply loves a delicious treat to bake.

Leigh began baking sourdough nine years ago as a healthier option for her family. What started at her own table led her to teaching classes and workshops, including here at The Flower Farm. She’ll be hosting a Sourdough Basics Workshop on Sunday, February 8 at 2 pm, a perfect chance to learn directly from her.

Teaching is something that truly lights her up, so stay tuned for more upcoming workshop dates.

She’s inspired by learning, creating, and connecting with her community. Her why is simple. Sourdough has real health benefits, and sharing that skill helps others build a more sustainable and wholesome lifestyle.
