Part-Time Gift Shop Manager​

Schedule: Thursday–Sunday | 14–24 hours/week | $22–$25/hr

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Gift Shop Manager to oversee day-to-day shop operations. This role mainly supports the gift shop and marketing efforts to its success. You’ll play a key role in keeping the shop running smoothly—freeing up the owners to focus on the seasonal field, events and behind-the-scenes gift shop operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives working independently, takes initiative, and brings strong organizational and leadership skills. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing gift shop operations and staff

  • Scheduling, training, and supervising team members

  • Merchandising and tracking Inventory

  • Assisting with events and creating vendor layouts

  • Managing social media and marketing (Canva experience a plus)

  • Ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for customers

  • Additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Retail or shop management experience

  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Comfortable working independently without handholding

  • Proficient in social media (Facebook, Instagram)

  • Experience with Canva and Monday.com is a plus

  • Available to work Thursday–Sunday, including one weekend day

Part-Time Gift Shop Cashier

Schedule: Thursday–Sunday | 10–20 hours/week | $18–$20/hr

​We’re hiring a friendly, dependable Gift Shop Cashier to assist customers, ring up purchases, and help keep our gift shop running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, working in a beautiful setting, and being part of a small, supportive team. In addition to shop duties, this role also helps out at events and occasionally supports our seasonal you-pick flower field by assisting guests with their experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Operating the register and assisting customers with purchases

  • Restocking shelves and keeping the shop clean and organized

  • Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service

  • Assisting with events and crowd flow when needed

  • Helping guests in the flower field during peak times

  • Other tasks as assigned to support the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Retail or customer service experience a plus

  • Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to jump in and help where needed

  • Must be available Thursday–Sunday, including at least one weekend day

Part-Time Seasonal Field Manager – Flower Field/Pumpkin Patch

Schedule: Flexible | 10–15 hours/week | Seasonal (June–October)
Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
Start Date: Immediately

We're seeking a Seasonal Field Manager to take charge of our flower field operations through the end of October. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on agricultural experience, especially in planting and maintaining plants in a commercial or production setting. You’ll be responsible for keeping the field thriving and visitor-ready—ensuring it’s weeded, planted, and tidy throughout the growing season. While days and hours are flexible, this is a results-driven role—you must be self-motivated and committed to completing tasks efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing daily upkeep of the flower field

  • Performing regular weed maintenance and planting tasks

  • Monitoring plant health and supporting bloom production

  • Keeping the field tidy, safe, and guest-ready

  • Assisting with prep and cleanup for you-pick experiences

  • Other field-related duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Agricultural or horticultural experience required

  • Experience with commercial planting and plant care is highly preferred

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

  • Physically able to bend, lift, stoop, and stand for extended periods

  • Independent, reliable, and task-oriented

  • Able to manage time effectively with minimal supervision

Part-Time Seasonal Flower Field Assistant

Schedule: Flexible | 10-15 hours/week | Seasonal (June–October)
Pay: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience
Start Date: Immediately

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Seasonal Flower Field Assistant to help maintain our flower field through the growing season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping things clean, healthy, and beautiful.

This role supports the Field Manager in a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the field remains tidy, productive, and guest-ready. Days and hours are flexible, but candidates must be self-motivated and reliable in completing assigned tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Hand weeding and weed management

  • Planting seeds and assisting with flower maintenance

  • Mowing, weed eating, and general groundskeeping

  • Tidying walkways and guest areas

  • Supporting prep and cleanup for you-pick days

  • Other field and maintenance duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Enjoys outdoor, physical work in all weather conditions

  • Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or agriculture is a plus

  • Physically able to bend, lift, stoop, and stand for extended periods

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and task-focused

  • Works well independently and with a team​
