Seasonal Sales Associate – Pumpkin Patch & Christmas Tree Farm
Schedule: Thursday–Sunday | 15–40 hours/week | $25/hr | Seasonal, Part-Time

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join us for our seasonal operations at the Pumpkin Patch (September–October) and Christmas Tree Lot (November–December) in Loomis, CA. This is a fun, customer-facing role that also involves hands-on physical work outdoors. If you enjoy being active, working with people, and bringing seasonal traditions to life—we’d love to hear from you!

Primary Focus:

Customer service, field and lot setup, and seasonal operations support.

Responsibilities Include:

Pumpkin Patch (Fall Season):

Greet and assist customers with pumpkin selections
Lift, carry, and load pumpkins safely into vehicles
Maintain displays and keep patch areas clean and inviting
Assist with setup and takedown of the patch
Field maintenance (weeding, debris pickup, walkway safety)

Christmas Tree Lot (Holiday Season):

Greet and assist customers in selecting trees
Provide information on tree types and sizes
Write up orders and direct guests to the gift shop for payment
Bale, wrap, and load trees safely into vehicles
Operate balers, chainsaws, and other equipment as needed
Maintain a tidy, festive lot and assist with setup/takedown

What We’re Looking For:

Age 21+ preferred
Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varied weather
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (pumpkins and trees)
Comfortable using heavy equipment (tree baler, chainsaw)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Self-starter with strong work ethic and minimal supervision needed
Clean appearance and professional demeanor
Outgoing personality and great with people
Availability on weekends and holidays (busiest times)
Background check required

Schedule & Hours:

Thursday & Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Friday & Saturday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Runs late September through mid-December (Pumpkin Patch + Christmas Tree Lot)

This is a seasonal position but may develop into a long-term part-time role supporting field and farm management.

Part-Time Gift Shop Cashier-Always accepting applications.

Schedule: Thursday–Sunday | 10–20 hours/week | $18/hr

We’re hiring a friendly, dependable Gift Shop Cashier to assist customers, ring up purchases, and help keep our gift shop running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, working in a beautiful setting, and being part of a small, supportive team. In addition to shop duties, this role also helps out at events and occasionally supports our seasonal you-pick flower field by assisting guests with their experience.

Responsibilities Include:

Operating the register and assisting customers with purchases
Restocking shelves and keeping the shop clean and organized
Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
Assisting with events and crowd flow when needed
Helping guests in the flower field during peak times
Other tasks as assigned to support the team

What We’re Looking For:

Retail or customer service experience a plus
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to jump in and help where needed
Must be available Thursday–Sunday, including at least one weekend day

Part-Time Seasonal Flower Field Assistant-Always accepting applications.

Schedule: Flexible | 10-15 hours/week | Seasonal (June–October)
Pay: $20 per hour, based on experience

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Seasonal Flower Field Assistant to help maintain our flower field through the growing season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping things clean, healthy, and beautiful.

This role supports the Field Manager in a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the field remains tidy, productive, and guest-ready. Days and hours are flexible, but candidates must be self-motivated and reliable in completing assigned tasks.
