Our Group Event Package is perfect for bridal showers, birthday parties, baby showers, and other meaningful gatherings, offering a relaxed and beautiful setting surrounded by seasonal blooms. You can book group flower pickings and/or pergola event space via this link.

Options:

• Flower Picking reservations are available for groups of 6+ (May-September)
• Private Event Space Reservation in our covered pergola area (up to 30 seated guests)

Details:

• The pergola space can accommodate groups of up to 30 guests seated.
• We provide up to 6-7 ft farm tables
• Host is welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages.
• We are located next to a winery, where wine may be purchased separately to enjoy during your visit.
• Event start times available starting at 10am or at or 2 pm.
• Reservation time needs to include your set-up and clean up time.
• Reservations are available during our regular business hours.
• Refundable deposit ($200) must be paid 1 week prior to reservation. $50 of deposit is forfeited for every 15 minutes event goes over originally booked reservation time. $100 of deposit is forfeited if space is not cleared of all trash, dishes and decorations.
• Reservations are non-refundable.

Group reservations must be approved in advance before purchasing, so we can check dates and prepare for your visit and add you to our event calendar. Please email us prior to purchasing to confirm large group availability for the date requested. All bookings must sign and return our rental agreement via email prior to their reservation to info@theflowerfarmgiftshop.com. The agreement will be emailed to you.
