Enjoy live music on the Casque Winery patio, shopping in the gift shop, and a catered tasting menu prepared by Simmer & Salt.
The menu has been curated utilizing specialty food items, paired into delicious bites for you to enjoy.
Here’s a peek at the menu:
- Newcastle Mandarin Ranch Spicy Mandarin BBQ Sauce with grilled chicken skewers
- Laurapin Mustard Sauce with mini soft pretzels and smoked sausage
- Hot Pepper Bacon Jam with gourmet grilled cheese bites
- Colwell Thundering Herd Mandarin Balsamic Dressing with apple salad on endive.
- Colwell Thundering Herd Ranch Local Honey with crostini topped with whipped blue cheese, prosciutto, and fresh thyme
- Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip with gold potato roses
- Dark Fudge Mud Pie Brownie with Brown Butter Carmel Sauce
It’s the perfect night out with friends, great wine, amazing flavors, live music, and a little shopping at the farm.
Casque Winery wine will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
Tickets are required for this event. Guests who purchase tickets in groups of four or more together will have a reserved table. All other groups will be seated upon arrival.
Purchase tickets by March 15th and save $10 per ticket.
Tickets are final sale and no refunds or credit will be given. If you are unable to make it, tickets can be transferred to another guest.
